This application form is provided in a secure environment and to help protect against fraud your current IP address (38.107.179.221) is being logged.
 
How to register :

  1. Email, SMS or IM us the customer IC number(new and old) in order to check whether the customer is blacklisted.
  2. If customer is not blacklisted and then we will fill up the U Mobile registration form for customer.
  3. Customer need to provide customer's photocopy identity card (both sides) to us.
  4. We will process the application once we receive the document and advance payment. Once the application is approve, we will send the sim card and/or modem to the you (about 2 working days).

Important Remind :

  • U Mobile is only accept original of the customer documents.
  • Postage method is been take risk from the agent. We wont be responsible on it.
  • Upfront payment is RM100 for free modem package and NO PAYMENT will be collect for without modem package.
