Streamyx PC Bundle Packages

Customer must use the credit card to apply, only Ambank, Citibank, EON Bank Group, HSBC, Maybank, MBF Cards, OCBC Bank& RHB Bank credit cards accepted.

Please download the application form, fill up the information and email (support@mybroadband4u.com) the application form together with the customer photocopy of credit card (front side only) and photocopy IC (both sides).

General Terms & Conditions for Broadband PC Package

Please read this general terms and conditions (“t&c”) carefully before you subscribe to the Broadband PC Package. Customers are further required to read and adhere to the specific terms and conditions of the respective products and services in the Broadband PC Package. Unless otherwise stipulated herein, the standard terms and conditions of the Streamyx, HP PC and bank as the case may be, attached herein applied. Subscription of the Broadband PC Package is deemed as irrevocable acknowledgement of this general t&c and the respective specific t&c attached herein by the Customers, as the case may be.

The Broadband PC Package

This Broadband PC Package promotion (“this Promotion”) that consists of tmnet streamyx service, HP PC and bank interest free instalment scheme is valid till further notice and shall be subjected to the t&c contained herein. The promotion is further subject to Streamyx service availability at the installation site and the financing approval of the Customers by the participating banks.

(i) Streamyx packages include:

• A Streamyx Basic 1.0Mbps for unlimited access with modem package.
• TM will charge a one-time service activation fee of RM75, installation fee of RM88 and stamp duty fee of RM10 upon successful service activation. Customers are required to settle the amount directly to TM. MUST TM Install.
• Streamyx speed is on best effort.
• Streamyx service is subject to availability and technical testing.
• Installation of tmnet streamyx requires approximately 14 working days from date of credit approval. However TM reserves the right to defer the installation period as it deems fit.
• The minimum subscription period is 24 months.
• During this 24-month period, the bank will charge the monthly instalment in the customers’ credit card account. Thereafter, TM will charge customers automatically the Streamyx monthly subscription fee by issuing the tmnet streamyx bill. TM reserves the right to determine the charges from time to time.
• Customers are allowed to subscribe to the value added services offered by TM subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the said value added services. The monthly charges of the value added services will be reflected in tmnet streamyx bill i.e. these charges are not included in the approved financing amount.
• Downgrading of Streamyx package is not allowed during the minimum subscription period.

(ii) PC packages includes:

• The PC package is only applicable if customers complete the minimum subscription period of 24 months. PC package which do not conform to the 24 months subscription period shall be excluded from this offer and the Customer is liable for the cost of the PC as shall be determined by TM. TM retain the right to cancel and/or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.
• TM is not responsible for any defects of the PC due to manufacturer’s or user’s fault.
• For PC delivery, the customer has to bear an additional delivery charge of RM50 (Peninsular Malaysia) or RM175 (East Malaysia) made payable to HP.
• Delivery of PC requires approximately 14 working days from date of credit approval. However TM Net reserves the right to defer the delivery period as it deems fit.
• Customers may upgrade the PC specification at his or her own cost and any additional charges are to made payable to HP. The warranty given under this promotion does not cover the upgrading.

(iii) Bank service includes:

• Instalment scheme of the total amount payable of the Promotion package for 24 months at 0% interest rate offered by the participating banks.
• The participating banks will offer the instalment scheme to customers with sufficient credit limit at the point of application.
• The full instalment amount will be blocked at the point of application. The amount blocked will be released gradually as per the monthly instalment amount debited to the customer's credit card account.
• The instalment amount shall be debited to the customer’s credit card account and shall continue to be debited monthly thereafter until the full instalment amount is completely debited to the customer's credit card account.
